    • Shopify Payments ensures secure transactions. Lewktee staff will never request your credit card details or Shopify login credentials. Be cautious of fraudulent emails pretending to be from Shopify Payments.

Returns, Refunds, & Warranty

  1. What If My Product Has a Problem?

    • Check the manual and troubleshoot the issue.
    • For complex items, consult a technician to verify the fault.
    • If the issue persists, contact us with your order details, product code, and troubleshooting steps taken. If eligible, we will arrange a return under warranty.
  2. What If My Product is Broken?

    • If under warranty and not physically damaged, you can return it for change.
    • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact customer support before returning any product.
    • You cover the return shipping cost, while Lewktee covers the cost of sending back repaired/replacement items.
